Forceps
Surgical Forceps are commonly used for grasping, plucking, compressing, or lifting in the medical and surgical fields. Outside the medical & surgical fields, people use forceps as tweezers, tongs, clips, pliers or clamps. There are two basic types of forceps namely, locking forceps and the non-locking forceps. Manufactured from high-grade stainless steels, carbon steels and also titanium, the surgical forceps are used to grip tissue, blood vessels and the walls of organs. Moreover, surgical forceps can easily manipulate the delicate tissues with very less trauma in the affected area.
